Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for our shop.
Payment is made using the following methods
- PayPal, which accepts credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) – no account required
- Bank transfer
- EFTPOS / Visa on pick up from Jointworks Studio
We are GST registered, and will send you a GST invoice. This will have the GST content on it.
We will let you know of the date that the parcel has been shipped. Anything shipped will be packed appropriately. We use New Zealand Post and Fastway Couriers.
Delivery times will vary, but your item should be delviered within 3-4 days. If you don’t receive an item, then please contact us and we will follow it up.
If you are wanting it urgently or shipped by other arrangements. Please contact me and we can sort it out. This also applies if you would like the parcel to be insured or couriered.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with what you have purchased. If the product is damaged on arrival, please let us know and we will sort out the problem.
Any return freight of items will be at your cost.
We will not share any information we may obtain to with any third party. Information collected is only for use by ourselves, in conducting a transaction / business with you.
